2nd row: 4 chain skip 2 st and make y stitch (as mentioned above, or you can take help from YouTube) repeat till the end of the row.
3rd row: 4 chain *1 y stitch between 2 y stitches* repeat from *to* till the end of the row.
4th row: Double crochet on each stitch.. total number of dc will be the same as 1st row dc.
Repeat from 2nd to 4th row until you reach desired width of half front of your top (In my case it's 6 times).
Make 2 identical rectangle pieces…
Fold each part in half and keep both side by side....
Now stitching them to make a top... Initially sew one piece of your work from bottom until 8 inch left from the folded part.
Do the same with the second piece.
Now add the middle part of the top.. sew both pieces other sides together from bottom upto neck both front and back…leave 7 inches from the folded part.
Now the top gets its shape... in the Bottom of the top... Need to add 2 rows
1st row: 5 chain and add with slip stitch on 5th stitch
2nd row: 7 chain and slip stitch on top of 1st row 5 chain place
Now add fringe of different color on top of 7 chain arch.
Neckline and arm hole is made with fringe color yarn.. make 4 chains and leave 1 stitch and add with the single crochet..
Now you complete the top.. tada...
